Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it, if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition.

  • It is in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, used sprays or opened skincare products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process
Refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or as store credit within 7–10 working days.
